The four hospitals of Morton Plant Mease have been fortunate throughout their histories because many individuals have come forward to provide the philanthropic support necessary to help turn dreams into realities – thereby playing a critical role in ensuring the hospitals’ continued role as a leader in medicine.
While bequests are one of the easiest and most significant ways you can give to the hospitals so they may continue to provide quality health care to our community, there are a variety of gift vehicles to help leave your lasting legacy – and be a final message reflecting your personal life values by which others may remember you.
To recognize the importance of these investments in our hospitals, the Adler Legacy Society was established to honor the philanthropic tradition of William and Elizabeth Adler who, at the time, were the first to have made major financial gifts to Morton Plant Hospital and our community through their estate upon their passing.
Many others have followed the Adlers by establishing their legacies through bequests in their wills, charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, gifts of life insurance and retirement plans to the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease. By naming Morton Plant Mease Foundation in their estate plans, they have the knowledge that they can ensure that quality health care for our community will be available to help save and enrich lives for many years to come.
If you choose to direct a bequest to the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease, we encourage you to share your plans so we may thank you and so that when the time comes, we are able to ensure we can abide by your bequest intentions. Of course, your gift may remain anonymous.
